UltraStar España

Second try after it turns out someone was already assigned to the other song.
This is the opening of the PS3 game Tales of Xillia. It has been requested, but is unassigned as of now.
Mostly created from manually reading a MIDI, a few lines towards the end were done by ear though. Timing and first draft were done in SongEasy, then all of the aligning and setting pitches was done in UltraStar itself.

Replaces the BPM value for 242.28 and GAP for 20887.
With this change we fix the start of notes and helps synchro.
